Welcome to RVvictor !
Interactions between virus RNA and host protein (INTPROs) are critical for virus translation by recruiting diverse translation-essential host proteins, which are highly anticipated to offer new targets facilitating drug discovery and repurposing. Moreover, all three types of virus RNA-directed interaction (INTPRO, INTmRNA, INTncRNA) should be collectively considered, since they are found to function as a complex network system in determining the molecular mechanism underlying the translation and replication of RNA virus. Thus, it is urgently needed to have such valuable data of virus RNA-directed molecular interactions (especially INTPROs), which are highly expected to attract broad research interests from the audiences who study the translation and replication of RNA viruses.
